Emmy Bull

Professional Committee Member, Aphasia Victoria

Emmy graduated from LaTrobe University with a Master of Speech Pathology. Emmy’s career began at the Royal Melbourne Hospital where she worked across the acute, inpatient and community rehabilitation settings treating adults with acquired communication impairments, like aphasia.

After working in the community rehab setting and witnessing how aphasia significantly impacts on a persons life, Emmy developed a passion for working with people with aphasia (PWA) to support them to stay connected and to live a fulfilling life.

Recently, Emmy made the move to regional Ballarat, Victoria, where she now works in a private practice. Emmy is eager to raise awareness about aphasia across regional and rural Victoria to ensure that PWA and their families have access to services and are well supported.
